When I first began to use electric flash, I found that it was faster than my eye. Each moment became a fresh discovery. With the point and shoot, no matter how fast it is, it is slow compared to my impulse and perceptions. So once again, absolute control is suspended. Yet, this time for the opposite reason, chance within the realm of the tangible can give birth to a mysterious combustion of fact and flight. In fact, in my way of thinking chance is the most profound teacher; its ideology never rigidifies. Seeing is wonderful, adding chance to its wonder gives it an infinite demension.
Enjoy,
